Elio es un desarrollador y diseñador trabajando como Code Wrangler en Automattic en el plugin Jetpack para WordPress. Ha contribuído al core de WordPress y actualmente está enfocado en la nueva interface de Jetpack que emplea la REST API junto con las tecnologías React y Redux. Es co-fundador de la comunidad argentina de WordPress, wpargentina.org y vive en Córdoba, en el centro de Argentina, rodeado de ríos y sierras.
